Montgomery County, TX — October 5, 2023, a Conroe woman was killed and a man was injured following a car accident at around 8:40 p.m. on Crockett Martin Road.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened near the intersection of Crockett Martin Road and Briar Forest Drive.
According to officials, a 29-year-old Conroe woman and a 29-year-old man were in a Ford Explorer which was said to be going southbound along Crockett Martin Road. For reasons which aren’t confirmed right now, the vehicle drifted off-road to the left where it crashed into a pair of trees. The vehicle then overturned onto its side.
As a result of the crash, the Conroe woman sustained fatal injuries. The man in the vehicle reportedly had moderate injuries. There did not appear to be any others involved in the crash. No further information is available right now.
