How Did This Accident Occur?
If authorities still have yet to identify a suspect here, it might help if they put out more public statements on the accident. One of the best tools authorities have after a hit-and-run is the general public. A lot of the time when authorities find a hit-and-run driver, it’s because someone in the community—or even someone close to the suspect—sees information in the news and connects the dots. Even this long after an accident, that’s a possibility worth exploring. Not only can it be important for accountability, but it can be a crucial step forward for victims and families in need of help after an accident.
