Harrison County, TX — July 21, 2025, a Colorado man was killed as the result of a car versus bicycle accident at 9:26 p.m. along US Highway 80.
Preliminary details about the accident say that it happened a couple miles west of Marshall on US 80.
According to officials, a 65-year-old Colorado man was on a bicycle going along the highway. A Buick Enclave was going eastbound along US 80 when a collision somehow occurred. Due to the collision, the Colorado man was killed.

There are inherent concerns with crashes involving cyclists, as a lot of people unfortunately will jump to conclusions. A lot of people are biased in favor of cars, and even authorities sometimes are too hasty in their efforts and let important details slip through the cracks.
