Comal County, TX — November 13, 2023, Christopher Terry was injured as the result of an alleged intoxicated driver accident around 2:15 a.m. on I-35.
Preliminary information about the accident indicates that it happened in the area of Forester Bend along southbound lanes of the interstate.

It appears that 29-year-old Christopher Terry was in a Chevy Malibu traveling along I-35. Up ahead, an initial crash occurred with a Michael Navarro and Amanda Aguilar in a Chevy HHR and a 32-year-old man in another Chevy Malibu. That collision reportedly may have been the result of the second Malibu being disabled along the left lane without its lights on. After this collision, Terry’s vehicle then crashed into the stationary Malibu, as well.
Terry was taken from the scene with apparently serious injuries. The other Malibu driver’s injuries were described as moderate. Navarro and Aguilar possibly had minor injuries, reports said. Right now, details suggest that the driver of the car disabled on the interstate was under the influence at the time. Additional details are unconfirmed right now.
