Richardson, TX — February 8, 2024, Christina Pauline Herring was injured in a car accident at approximately 9:00 a.m. along East Main Street.
According to authorities, 47-year-old Christina Pauline Herring was traveling in an eastbound Toyota Camry along Main Street approaching the Abrams Road intersection when the accident occurred.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, a westbound Toyota Corolla attempted to make a left turn from Main Street onto southbound Abrams Road at an unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to eastbound traffic which reportedly had a green light from the traffic signal. This resulted in a collision between the front right of the Corolla and the front-end of the Camry.
Herring incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
