Dickens County, TX — December 25, 2023, Christie Ann Pecina was killed following a single-vehicle accident at around 8:55 p.m. along Highway 70.
Preliminary information about the accident says that it happened south of Dickens between F.M. 458 and F.M. 460.
According to current information, 42-year-old Christie Ann Pecina was in a Nissan Armada going northbound along Highway 70. For reasons which are not confirmed right now, the vehicle went off the right side of the road. The vehicle swerved out of control until it crashed through a ditch and overturned.
Due to the accident, Pecina sustained fatal injuries. There did not appear to be anyone else in the vehicle with Pecina at the time of the accident. There has also been no mention of other vehicles being involved in the crash. Right now, no further information is available.
