How Did This Accident Occur?
Initial reports indicate a speeding car crashed into another vehicle on Gulf Freeway, but what if police got it wrong? It doesn’t happen often, but it is worth fully investigating this crash to sort out how it happened.
Evidence from the scene, data from the vehicles, witness statements and any available video footage of the crash will help investigators reconstruct this accident. An independent investigation may be necessary if authorities cannot answer all of the lingering questions the child’s family has after this crash, or if there are indications that a mechanical defect contributed to this accident. In my experience, most law enforcement agencies don’t have the time or expertise for a forensic examination of vehicles involved in a crash.
