San Antonio, TX — September 22, 2026, a child was injured in a car accident at about 7:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of Pecan Valley Drive.

Authorities said an eastbound vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign at the intersection with the Interstate 37 access road and collided with a northbound vehicle. It also sideswiped another vehicle.

A 3-year-old girl in the eastbound vehicle was hospitalized with unspecified injuries after the crash, according to authorities.
