How Did This Accident Occur?

A traffic ticket doesn’t necessarily prove that the Acura driver is the one who caused this accident. It’s just a result of officers’ initial take on the crash. Police don’t get such things wrong often, but it does happen, so a full investigation is necessary to sort out how this collision unfolded.

Witness statements, evidence from the scene, data from the vehicles and any available video of the crash should help authorities reconstruct this accident. If investigators suspect a mechanical or medical issue contributed to the crash, they likely will need to bring in an outside expert to confirm. Such an in-depth investigation is necessary to provide answers to the injured drivers and their families.
