San Antonio, TX — April 11, 2026, Cataryna Hernandez was injured in a car accident at about 2:45 p.m. in the 400 block of Augusta Street.
A preliminary accident report indicates that an eastbound 2016 Chevrolet Equinox collided with a 2017 Nissan Sentra that was going north on Richmond Avenue.
Nissan driver Cataryna Hernandez, 26, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. The 9-year-old girl riding with her was listed as possibly injured.
