Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With any serious car accident comes the need for a serious investigation. Unfortunately, authorities do not always share those same priorities. They often have a lot on their plates, and that cause them to put the needs of victims and families involved in crashes like this on the back burner. For the victims and families, though, a crash is the top priority. That’s why it’s often better for them to seek out independent investigators who can put their needs and gathering the facts first and foremost. It wouldn’t be at all unusual if this crash needed such steps, as well.
