Laredo, TX — June 15, 2025, One person was injured following a car crash explosion that occurred Sunday afternoon on McPherson Rd.
According to official statements, a Lamborghini operated by a 28-year-old man was traveling in the 9700 block of McPherson Road, when for unknown the vehicle lost control and went off-road and struck a tree near a parking lot. The vehicle was severely damaged, and caught fire after impact, which then affected three other vehicles.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found the Lamborghini driver was injured and taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition. No one else was injured in the crash, and at this stage of the investigation, the cause of the crash has not been determined.
