Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With single-vehicle wrecks like this, it’s important to make sure authorities are prioritizing the evidence. It can surprise folks when authorities investigate a serious car wreck only to come up with an explanation that seems to barely scratch the surface. The reality is authorities have a lot on their plate, and authorities might lack the time and resources needed for a proper accident reconstruction. As such, there may need to be more thorough independent investigations to make sure the victims are treated fairly and that the full explanation is brought to light.
