Liberty County, TX — November 29, 2025, three people were injured following a car accident that happened around 2:40 p.m. along Highway 105.
Preliminary statements from authorities say that the accident happened in the area of the New Salem Road intersection.
According to officials, a man and two women were in a Dodge Journey traveling eastbound. A Volkswagen Beetle was going westbound. The two vehicles crossed paths and collided. As a result, one of the passengers in the Dodge was seriously injured. The other two were moderately injured.
No other injuries have been reported. Additional details about the accident are unavailable.

After a serious car accident, it’s important to know that investigators are looking into the right things. People tend to just assume authorities take care of all that, but a lot of folks find authorities only do surface-level investigations before simply moving on.
That’s why following up with them can be prudent. If it seems authorities are covering all bases and can clear up all concerns and questions, they likely did good investigations. But if their explanations fall short and leave gaps in the story, getting all the facts will likely require more thorough independent investigations.
