How Did This Accident Occur?

A driver hitting a parked car late at night raises some familiar red flags, such as distracted driving or fatigue. But it’s always important to consider all possible factors, even if the may seem unlikely. Was the parked vehicle sticking way off from the curb? Did the driver experience a medical emergency? Did something in the road cause a tire blowout? It might surprise just how many seemingly-simple car accident investigations I’ve seen be mishandled, allowing important information to slip through the cracks. Maybe authorities here are being more careful, but I’ve always found letting the evidence speak for itself is the prudent path to take.
