Kaufman County, TX — January 21, 2024, one person sustained injuries as the result of a car accident at around 8:50 p.m. along U.S. 175.
According to officials, the incident took place along the westbound lanes of the highway near the intersection with F.M. 741.
Investigators said that a 26-year-old Dallas man was in a Honda Civic going along westbound U.S. 175. While doing so, the Honda was changing lanes, and it then collided with a Chevy Silverado which was also going westbound. The Honda then crashed into the guardrail.
As a result of the collision, the man in the Honda sustained serious injuries. There were no other confirmed injuries resulting from the crash. At this time, additional details are unavailable.
