Austin, TX — July 16, 2024, a man and a woman were injured in a car accident at approximately 9:30 p.m. along West Cesar East Chavez Boulevard.
According to reports, the accident took place at the intersection of West Cesar East Chavez Boulevard and South Pecos La Trinidad.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a collision took place between two separate vehicles. One of the vehicles was reportedly overturned over the course of the accident and a man and a woman were entrapped in the wreckage. Once freed from the aftermath by emergency personnel, they were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment for the injuries they incurred due to the crash.
