Willacy County, TX — December 2, 2023, a man and three children were injured following a single-vehicle car accident at around 12:30 a.m. on F.M. 1762.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened on the north end of Raymondville at the intersection of F.M. 1762/Rains Road and 77 Business.
According to officials, a 26-year-old man and three children, all 8 years old, were in a Toyota Camry traveling eastbound on F.M. 1762. While crossing through the 77 Business intersection, the vehicle apparently went off the roadway for some distance before hitting a concrete culvert.
The man and the three children in the vehicle all reportedly had serious injuries as a result of the crash. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash. Right now, no further information is available.
