Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

One of the challenges with single-vehicle accidents is authorities may be more focused on finding someone to blame than actually getting clear answers. That’s why a lot of people come to me worried that authorities aren’t considering their side of the story fairly. Generally speaking, if answers from authorities aren’t adding up, that can be a sign they’re not being thorough in their investigations. As such, it’s reasonable to have independent investigators step in and see if anything important slipped through the cracks.
