Murphy, TX — October 24, 2024, One person is dead following a car accident at around 9:01 P.M. on FM 544 and Murphy Rd.
An investigation is still underway into an accident that left one person dead on the evening of October 24th in Murphy, TX. According to official reports, a Nissan failed to yield right of way to a Tesla resulting in a deadly collision.
First responders arrived on the scene where they pronounced the Nissan passenger dead, and transported the driver to the hospital. No occupants from the Tesla required medical treatment, and at this time authorities have not released the identity of the deceased.
