Accident Report
May 26, 2026, a man was injured as the result of a car accident that happened at around 4:33 p.m. along Marina Drive.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash happened near Marina Drive and Foster Drive on the east side of Lake Worth.
It appears that a 54-year-old man was on foot at the time along Marina Drive. Meanwhile, a Freightliner semi-truck going along Marina Drive somehow struck the pedestrian. Due to this, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries.
Initial details said inattention on the truck driver’s part may have contributed to the accident. Authorities did not report any additional details about the crash.
