With pedestrian accidents, people often think everything just comes down to who had the right of way. Like any serious accident, though, it’s important to know all of the surrounding factors. That means considering everything from road design to lighting and signage to alcohol to medical conditions. It’s not about what is or isn’t likely; it’s about what the evidence says.
