Lancaster, TX — December 4, 2023, one person was injured in a car accident just after 12:00 midnight along Interstate 35E.
According to reports, a 36-year-old man was traveling in a northbound Nissan Frontier along Interstate 35E in the vicinity north of Tater Brown Road when the accident took place.

For reasons yet to be confirmed, the Nissan failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. The vehicle reportedly veered right off of the roadway just prior to the exit 412 off-ramp. It reportedly crossed over both the median and the service road lanes before entering a ditch, rolling at least one time before coming to a stop resting on its roof in the area where the off-ramp merges with the service road.
The 36-year-old reportedly incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the incident; he was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment.
