Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

It’s concerning to hear this may have involved street racing. If it did, I wonder what steps authorities have taken behind the scenes to preserve evidence. Was there video of the crash? Were they able to identify everyone involved? Did anyone leave the scene? Did authorities follow up with all witnesses? There may still be important evidence out there waiting to be preserved so there can be an appropriate resolution for the family affected by this.
