How Did This Accident Occur?
Crashes like this tend to involve things like distracted driving, unsafe speeds, or following too closely. This early in the morning, authorities also need to consider fatigue and alcohol, as many people are on their way home from local bars. Could this involve something unusual, like a vehicle defect? Sure, and that’s what accident reconstructions are for. If authorities have looked into all of this, hopefully they’ve been able to get clear answers for the victims and families involved. If that required more thorough independent investigations, though, it wouldn’t be so unusual.
