Houston, TX — December 6, 2024, one person was injured in a car accident at about 4:20 a.m. on eastbound F.M. 1960.
A preliminary accident report indicates a 2011 Toyota Camry hit a pedestrian while heading east near Centerfield Drive.

Did investigators examine whether street lighting was adequate? Were there any visibility obstructions, such as parked cars or overgrown vegetation, that may have played a role? Were there any witnesses or surveillance cameras from nearby businesses that could clarify how the crash occurred? A complete investigation should explore these factors to ensure a clear understanding of the incident.
Second, has anyone looked into whether a vehicle defect contributed to the crash? The Toyota Camry involved in this accident is over a decade old, meaning mechanical failures such as brake malfunctions, headlight issues or steering problems could have played a role.
