Houston, TX — November 19, 2023, a man sustained injuries following a single-vehicle car accident at around 3:40 a.m. along Carlingford Lane.
According to officials, the accident took place off the corner of the Carlingford Lane and Pinerock Lane intersection.
It appears that a 23-year-old woman was in a Honda Accord going westbound along Pinerock. At Carlingford, the vehicle ran off the side of the road, and it crashed into a tree. The driver had incapacitating injuries as a result.

In their statements, authorities allege that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. However, they don’t mention if they also looked into where the supposed alcohol came from. To be clear, these are no more than allegations without clear, confirmed evidence. But our firm gets a lot of calls from folks who were illegally over-served by a bar, and it led to them getting into a serious accident. While they understandably have to answer for their mistakes, authorities wouldn’t have taken steps to confront the establishments who over-served those drivers. Could it be there were similar oversights here, or have authorities looking into this crash been more thorough?
