Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

People generally only think of crashes as being drivers versus drivers. But what about when the person most seriously impacted was just a passenger? Well, the law is nuanced enough that it can hold multiple people responsible for someone’s injuries. Whether someone is hurt due to the actions of another driver, their own driver, or some combination of both, responsibility can be portioned out appropriately to help ensure those harmed in the crash get a fair resolution. So regardless of what happened here, there’s very likely consequences to consider for someone.
