Accident Report
June 21, 2026, two people were injured following a car accident at around 9:27 p.m. along Farm-to-Market 973.
Authorities said that the accident took place in the area of FM 973, Gilbert Road, and TX-130, east of Austin.
According to officials, a 25-year-old man was driving a Volkswagen Tiguan going westbound. A man and a woman, both 38, were in a Chevy Equinox going eastbound. A Dodge Ram was going eastbound, as well. Somehow, the three vehicles crossed paths and collided.
Due to the crash, the man driving the Tiguan reportedly had serious injuries. The two people from the Chevy had non-life-threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported. At this time, additional details are unavailable.
