Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

After any serious car accident, the priority should be to secure evidence early and get clear answers about what happened. Sometimes, police prioritize clearing the scene and looking for charges over doing a careful investigation. That’s one of the reasons a lot of people seek out independent investigations from professionals who can put their needs first. If nothing else, they deserve to know the evidence is being allowed to speak for itself.
