How Did This Accident Occur?

Most often, a crash like this is going to involve cellphone use or alcohol. Just because those factors are common, though, doesn’t make them simple. Alcohol, for example, can bring up further challenges if a local bar unlawfully over-served the person responsible for the crash, as that could mean they’re responsible, as well. What’s more, investigating unusual factors could also reveal new information that changes things. Was there a vehicle defect? An issue with the road or traffic control? A medical condition of some sort? Likely or not, investigations should be able to at least rule out all of these things. Hopefully this crash is getting that sort of attention for the sake of the victims and families involved.
