According to official reports, a Ford Ranger was traveling on County Road 23 near Maple Grove Township when for unknown reasons the truck left the roadway and collided with a ditch.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found that the 60-year-old driver had sustained fatal injuries and they were pronounced deceased.
