Milam County, TX — July 29, 2025, five people sustained injuries due to a car accident at around 5:43 a.m. along East 4th Street.
Preliminary details about the accident say that it happened near the intersection of East 4th Street and Milam Avenue.
According to officials, five people were in a Kia Optima traveling eastbound along 4th Street. That vehicle reportedly lost control and ended up crashing with a train. Due to this, a 31-year-old man in the Kia had serious injuries. The other four occupants had less severe injuries.
