Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

With any crash involving young drivers, it’s important to make sure investigators are being careful and unbiased. A lot of people jump to conclusions when the people behind wheel are young and inexperienced. Like any serious accident, though, it’s important to let the evidence have the final say. So if it seems authorities are looking at this from all angles, that’s good. But if it seems like they’re treating this situation as a low priority, there may need to be a second set of eyes looking things over.
