Austin, TX — September 19, 2024, One person was seriously injured following a car accident that occurred around 4:16 P.M. on Anderson Rd.
An investigation is underway into an accident that occurred in the afternoon hours of September 19th that left one person seriously injured. According to reports from officials, a Honda Sedan was driving in the far left lane of Anderson, in the vicinity of Lamar Blvd, when a Honda Accord tried to enter the lane occupied by the sedan.
The Accord failed to make sure that it had proper clearance and struck the sedan causing an accident and damage to both vehicles. Upon arrival by first responders, they found that the Sedan driver had sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
