Accident Report
Greenville, TX — May 29, 2026, Candy Arista was injured in a car accident at about 9:30 p.m. on Interstate 30/U.S. Highway 67.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban collided with a 2024 Toyota Corolla as both vehicles were heading southwest near Bonnie View Road.
Toyota driver Candy Arista, 31, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report, while the three children riding with her suffered minor injuries.
The Chevrolet driver, a 41-year-old Tennessee woman, was cited for failing to drive in a single lane, the report states. She and the 15-year-old boy had minor injuries.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Hunt County crash at this time.
