How Did This Accident Occur?

A lot of people see a motorcycle accident and just assume the rider was probably being reckless. Obviously, that can happen. But I haven’t had a successful career handling serious accidents because I’m good at guessing what happened. It’s because I’ve always focused on letting the evidence tell the whole story. That’s why I’ve actually had cases where people blamed a motorcyclist for a crash which our investigations went on to reveal wasn’t their fault. I can’t say if an investigation would show that here, but it’s best folks just reserve their judgments and avoid jumping to conclusions.

I’m sure there are motorcyclists out there who can share their experiences in the comments of people unfairly judging them before knowing the whole story.
