Bexar County, TX — November 22, 2025, Brett Villarreal was injured following a car accident at around 9:26 p.m. along Loop 1604.
Investigators said that the crash happened in the areas of the Loop 1604 and Highway 151 intersection, west of San Antonio.
Officials said that 25-year-old Brett Villarreal was in an Acura going southeast along the roadway. The vehicle reportedly lost control and crashed. Brett Villarreal sustained serious injuries due to the accident.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. No further information about the accident is available at this time.

One of the main challenges with single-vehicle accidents is they don’t tend to get the same attention as multi-vehicle wrecks. Authorities might move on before they’re really delved into the details. This can rightfully leave victims wondering if their side of the story is actually being told fairly. When that concern arises, it makes sense to consider having independent investigators look things over. At worst, they can confirm that authorities did a good job on their own. At best, they can catch crucial details authorities missed.
