Accident Report

Harris County, TX — February 8, 2026, Brenna Santillan was injured in a wrong-way car accident just after 4 a.m. on Grand Parkway/State Highway 99.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 was going north in the southbound lanes near Freeman Road when it collided with a 2021 Kia K5.

A passenger in the Kia, 31-year-old Brenna Santillan, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. The driver, a 33-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.

The Dodge driver, a 24-year-old man, suffered unknown injuries, the report states. He is not facing any charges in connection with the crash at this time.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Harris County crash.
