Taylor County, TX — February 20, 2024, Brayden Shockley was killed while Brandon Dwain Galle and one other person were killed in a multi-motorcycle accident shortly before 12:00 noon along Pine Street.
According to authorities, Brayden Shockley, Brandon Dwain Galle, and a 24-year-old man were traveling on northbound motorcycles along Pine Street in the vicinity north of the Henson Street intersection.

Shockley and the 24-year-old were traveling next to each other in the inside lane, while Galle was in the lane ahead of them. Galle reportedly changed to the outside lane before Shockley and the 24-year-old began accelerating to allegedly unsafe speeds. Shockley reportedly changed lanes in front of the 24-year-old and struck Galle. Shockley then veered off of the roadway and crashed into a sign pole before coming to a stop. Galle lost control and was struck by the 24-year-old.
Shockley incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the accident. Galle and the 24-year-old each sustained suspected severe injuries and were transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment.
