Granbury, TX — June 4, 2026, Billy Haughwout was killed in a single-vehicle accident at about 9:20 p.m. on Paluxy Highway/F.M. 51.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2012 Ford F-150 was heading northwest when it left the road near Ross Lane and crashed into a traffic sign and a barbed wire fence.
Driver William “Billy” Waughhout, 59, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.
