Harris County, TX — August 25, 2024, a bicyclist was killed due to a car accident that happened around 4:50 a.m. along Farm-to-Market 1960.
Investigators said that the incident happened off the corner of FM 1960 Road and Atascocita Shores Road, on the west end of McKay Bridge.
Authorities say that a bicyclist was going eastbound along the roadway at the time. While doing so, a Honda Civic somehow crashed into the cyclist. Due to this, the bicyclist was killed.
No other injuries were reported. Additional details about the accident are unavailable at this time.

When it comes to pedestrians and bicyclists, I’ve often seen authorities jump to conclusions. They only look at surface level details and assume the situation must be open-and-shut. At the end of the day, someone lost their life, and that demands letting the evidence tell the story. Did authorities do that here, or did they miss something important?
