Bastrop County, TX — May 8, 2025, Bianca Estella Chavez was injured due to an alleged hit-and-run accident around midnight on Stork Road.
Preliminary details about the crash say that it happened at Stork Road and Panorama Bay Avenue east of Mustang Ridge in Rio Vista Ranch area.
According to officials, 61-year-old Bianca Estella Chavez was in an Infiniti going southbound on Stork Road. Bianca Chavez was reportedly attempting to make a left turn when another vehicle crashed into the back of the Infiniti.
Bianca Chavez was seriously injured in the crash. Details suggest that authorities identified the runaway driver.

Did authorities ever find out why the driver ran from the accident scene? In my experience, it’s rarely due to the accident itself, but rather due to things like warrants or drunk driving they didn’t want authorities to find out about. Accountability for a hit-and-run is one thing, but getting the whole story is something that can only further help victims and families involved in a serious accident. That means going beyond just the obvious details.
