Dallas, TX — October 17, 2025, Benjamin Stanton was injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:30 p.m. along I-35E.
Investigators said that the accident happened in the area of the I-35E and Walnut Hill Lane intersection.
According to officials, 18-year-old Benjamin Stanton was on a motorcycle going northbound along the interstate. A Toyota Camry also going northbound reportedly made an improper turn, and the vehicles collided.
Due to the accident, Benjamin Stanton reportedly had serious injuries. No other injuries were confirmed. Additional details are unavailable.

Hopefully this incident got the attention it deserved and those involved are armed with as much evidence as they need going forward. Unfortunately with motorcycle wrecks, victims and families need to be a lot more prepared for blame-shifting and obstructive tactics. This is because a lot of people have a bias against motorcyclists, and insurance companies want to exploit that bias. So even if police seem to have a clear person to blame, it can still take a lot of evidence and legal maneuvering to keep things on track. I don’t see any reason right now why that same caution would be unnecessary here.
