How Did This Accident Occur?

I expect authorities to reconstruct this crash to determine how it happened, but I’m not certain the investigation will continue beyond the scene if tests confirm the Ford driver was intoxicated.

If that is the case, investigators need to look into where he had been drinking before the crash. Under Texas law, an alcohol provider shares responsibility for injuries caused by someone who was served while obviously intoxicated. That means a bar or restaurant also may be to blame for this accident, but the injured driver and her family won’t know that unless someone digs into the Ford driver’s activities before the crash.
