Accident Report

August 17, 2026, one person was injured due to a fire accident at around 9:30 a.m. at an auto shop located along Durazno Avenue.

Authorities said they were called to an auto mechanic business located off the corner of Durazno Avenue and N. Luna Street. The above address appears to be for “We Buy Junkers.”

Due to reasons not confirmed right now, a fire broke out. Firefighters were able to rescue one person from the building. That person was taken to a hospital. There did not appear to be any other injuries.

Investigations are ongoing at this time.
