How Did This Accident Occur?

Initial reports indicate this crash caused an SUV to roll several times. That means someone should look into whether that SUV was designed properly to protect its occupants.

In my experience, most vehicles are designed to pass the government’s rollover test, not necessarily to safeguard the people inside. This SUV should undergo a forensic examination by a qualified expert. That is the only way to know if a design flaw turned a survivable accident into a fatal one.

This woman’s loved ones deserve to know as much as possible about this crash.
