Fort Worth, TX — October 19, 2023, Aryus Foster was injured following a car accident at around 11:30 p.m. on Interstate 35W.
Officials said they were called out southbound lanes of the North Freeway in the area of the Highway 121 interchange.

According to investigators, 23-year-old Aryus Foster was on a Kawasaki motorcycle traveling southbound on I-35W. For reasons unclear, details say the bike lost control and hit the curb along the left lane. The motorcycle then ran off-road, but Foster was thrown into the lanes of travel. Following this, a GMC Sierra rear-ended a Silverado that stopped to avoid hitting Foster.
Due to the accident, Foster had reportedly serious injuries. There may have been possible minor injuries, as well, but this isn’t confirmed. Right now, the exact cause of the crash also remains unconfirmed.

All the time on this blog, I discourage people from jumping to conclusions when all the facts aren’t clear. While that’s generally advice people are willing to heed, they’re a lot less charitable with motorcyclists. But just like any ordinary driver, they can fall victim to factors beyond their control. So unless there’s evidence saying otherwise, it’s best to just avoid jumping to conclusions about what happened here.
