Apartment fires can be particularly complex since the person involved in the fire isn’t the actual owner of the property. With those extra people involved, it’s important to consider possible causes people wouldn’t generally consider. Were smoke alarms working? Was there an appliance that wasn’t installed properly? Is there an issue wiring in the building? Were there known issues maintenance failed to address? Common or not, it’s important for a victim’s loved ones to know all possibilities have either been ruled out or confirmed through clear evidence. Is that happening here?
