Accident Report
Palestine, TX — July 13, 2026, Anthony Bowden was injured in a motorcycle accident just after 3 p.m. on Crockett Road/U.S. Highway 287.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a northbound 2003 Hyosung motorcycle and a 2011 GMC Yukon collided while changing lanes near East Park Avenue/U.S. Highway 84.
Motorcyclist Anthony Bowden, 25, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report.
The GMC driver, 28, was not hurt, the report states.
